2. Business Location & Jurisdiction

• Kadaiahsilks.com operates solely from Mysuru, Karnataka, India.
• All orders are processed and dispatched from our Mysuru location: 96, Ramsons Bombe Mane, Off Bazar Street, Nazarbad, Mysuru 570010.
• Although we ship across India and internationally, all legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Mysuru, Karnataka.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• You confirm that all information you provide - name, address, contact and payment details - is accurate and complete.

4. Products & Descriptions

• We specialise in pure silk sarees, premium zari-woven sarees, silk dhotis, the traditional Mysore Peta, honour shawls, and other handloom and designer weaves curated from trusted weaving clusters across India.
• All product descriptions, colours, weaving terms, motifs and images are provided as accurately as possible.
• Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, device resolution or camera settings. These do not qualify as defects.
• Handwoven sarees, pure zari weaves and hand-painted pieces may show natural variations - these are part of traditional craftsmanship, not flaws.

5. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless mentioned otherwise, and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Prices, offers and product availability may change without prior notice.
• Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee availability.

6. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on Kadaiahsilks.com constitutes an offer to purchase.
• Your order is confirmed only after you receive an Order Confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, verification issues or payment-related concerns. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in full.

7. Payment Terms

• We accept secure digital payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and other approved online payment methods, as well as cash or UPI on delivery where offered.
• By completing a payment you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that the transaction is authorised.
• Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partners; we do not store your card numbers.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• All shipping timelines and delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
• Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• All returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Sarees must be returned with original folds, tags, blouse pieces and packaging intact.
• We reserve the right to inspect a returned product before approving any refund or exchange.

10. Authenticity & Craftsmanship

• We guarantee that all pure silk products sold on this site are sourced from trusted weaving clusters and verified artisans, and carry Silk Mark certification where stated.
• Products with pure zari, handloom weaves or handcrafted details undergo a thorough quality check before shipping.
• Minor irregularities inherent to handwoven or handcrafted textiles are not considered defects.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website - product images, videos, descriptions, branding elements and layouts - is the exclusive property of L. Kadaiah Mayuur Silks / Kadaiahsilks.com.
• You may not use, copy or reproduce any content without our written permission.

12. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
